The Pilot Line comprises two areas: the electrode preparation area and the dry room.
The electrode preparation area houses our mixing station, roll-to-roll coater, calendaring, slitting, and pouch forming machines; specifications for each of these pieces of equipment may be found below. The room is humidity controlled to 10% relative humidity or less allowing you to work with moisture sensitive active materials. The second area of the Pilot Line is a -40°C dewpoint dry room, housing the cell assembly machines for 18650 cylindrical cells and our larger format pouch cells (72 x 110 mm areal footprint). The Pilot Line reserves as a single user unit for privacy and IP protection.
